ALSO, IF YOU BOOK A 90 MINUTE APPOINTMENT BUT ARE LATE, YOU WILL STILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE FULL 90 MINUTES. SAME FOR A ONE HOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU MUST PAY FOR WHAT YOU BOOK, NOT JUST FOR THE TIME YOU ARE THERE.
