Deep Tissue/Sports

Best choice for athletes or people with specific areas of pain and tension. Deep, firm pressure is applied to reach the sub-layer of musculature and fascia along with mobility enhancing stretches. We also incorporate cupping to maximize results and release any tension that may cause pain or limit physical performance, leaving you feeling invigorated.   

Traditional Thai Massage
 

Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure and assisted yoga stretches.  You do not have to practice yoga nor be flexible to receive Thai massage.

Traditional Thai Massage will help release muscular tension, increase flexibility, flow of energy through your body which raise energy levels and promotes overall feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Traditionally, best results on Thai massage are  achieved in 90 minutes or 120 minutes; 

60 minutes is a good “intro” to Thai massage.

Traditional Thai Massage will be performed on the mat.  Wear comfortable - loose fitting clothing or something you would wear during a yoga class.
